I ordered a indicant cartridge for my Brother machine to hit on assistance when I necessary it. I did not open it when I received it. When I needed the cartridge, I opened it to find that the pickup had leaked during shipping. It was past the 90 day convey time for replacement, so the consort would not replace it.
